Before Registering to SPark employees need to have an ERP No. and SPCL Mail Id.
( For ERP NO. creation contact your concerned Regional Payroll Dept or HR Dept. )
( For SPCL Email ID creation contact your concerned Regional IT Dept or Click @. )
Steps to Register on SPark.
Employees having ERP No. and SPCL Email Id.
1.Enter your ERP No. and fetch your details.
2.Proceed to page 2 if details confirmed.
3.Enter your SPCL email id and Submit.
Employees on Retainership and any Other.
1.An email from their Immediate Supervisor's / Boss's SPCL mail id
requesting for SPark account.
The KM Department will create a SParkid and password after verification.
The Employee will receive email informing SPark ID and PASSWORD.
Employees are requested to check their SPCL EMAIL on regular basis.
